I’m looking forward to presenting excerpts from my memoir at several venues beginning May 18th and onward. Writing is a solitary art, in that the work is done in relative isolation, then conveyed remotely to readers whom the writer never meets. To me, reading the stories to a live audience and connecting with them in real time is immensely gratifying. Reciprocally, I think there’s added value for the listening public in meeting the author, particularly if there’s a Q & A opportunity in the program.
